Coaching is a process of self-discovery and you will be encouraged to explore your values, motivations and strengths. This helps us set meaningful goals which can be achieved with a solution-focussed approach.

I often include personalised breathing and meditation techniques. You may also benefit from a tailor-made yoga sequence to support mental and emotional development

Tuesday

9-10am, 12:30-1:30pm

Wednesday

9-10am, 12:30-1:30pm, 4-5pm & 7-8pm

Thursday

9-10am & 12:30-1.30pm

£50 per session

Everyone's coaching programme is unique, so you can book a one off session or a recurring series using the calendar. Your time will be protected and a link to join on line will be sent to you privately. If the days and times shown don't work for you, please get in touch to discuss other options.
