The class begins with a resorative session then builds up to a hatha practice to rebalance your physical, mental and emotional energies. Perfectly timed to fit into your lunchbreak and banish those Monday blues! (No class on the first Monday of each month)
The first half an hour is a hatha practice, releasing energy to balance the body and mind. The second half is restorative to soothe the nervous system and bring deep relaxation. A beautiful balance to prepare you for the weekend.
An extra special nurturing event, focussed on grounding and reflection to prepare you for the shortest day and subsequent return of the light. This will include a balancing hatha practice, rejuvenating restorative postures, soundbath, guided meditataion and yoga nidra.
