Classical yoga postures are taught with a focus on building strength, stamina and stability. The practice is developped by uniting the body, breath and mind in a creative vinyasa flow.
A gentle, nurturing session to enable your body and mind to recharge and recuperate; soothing the nervous system. This practice works into the connective tissues to increase flexibility and reduce muscular tension.
The best of both! The first half an hour is a hatha practice to balance the body and mind. The second half is restorative to soothe the nervous system and bring deep relaxation.
